Negotiations Training

PROJECT:
Hyatt Hotels tasked us with rebranding and updating an in-person course for their Select Hotels sales team.

BRANDING APPROACH:
The overarching theme of the negotiations training was create a win-win solution. For branding, we used a reflected logo to draw attention to the “Us vs. Them” nature of negotiations. The “O” would represent the collaborative “win-win” goal. Duality and symmetry became themes throughout the branding process.

COLLATERAL:
In addition to branding, we updated the content for the course, designed each daily PPT presentation, created games, handouts, and a promotional video.

Out Boulder County

Superhero Campaign

PROJECT:
The Superhero Campaign was developed as a fundraising effort for Out Boulder County leading up to Giving Tuesday in 2015.

APPROACH:
We wanted to recognize various “superheroes” within the Boulder LGBTQA community and tell their story. Themed around the superpower they feel as an active member of the LGBTQA community, each story represented the importance of giving to those in need and how OBC acts to strengthen the community.

ROLE:
As the director and video editor, it was my responsibility script and conduct the interviews, and then extract and tell the story from within each interview.

RESULT:
The videos were distributed as a weekly series through social media and email. We saw strong engagement through video shares, comments, and likes. Ultimately, OBC exceeded their fundraising goals due to our efforts in engaging the community.
